Michael Chisolm

Founder and Managing Partner

Michael is currently the Director of Transportation and Guest Services at American Dream Entertainment and Retail Center. His responsibilities include the development and direction of the parking and transportation planning for the site, the planning and implementation of the guest services plan and the day-to-day management of the exterior maintenance division.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in aviation and transportation operations. Prior to joining American Dream, Michael managed several aspects within the Aviation Department at the Port Authority of NY & NJ including a 7M passenger a year international facility and $100M in revenue parking operation at Newark Airport, the Landside Operation at LaGuardia Airport, and the FAA certification of LaGuardia and Stewart Airports. Prior to the Port Authority, Michael worked in areas of progressive responsibility at Teterboro and Trenton Mercer Airports.

In his spare time, Michael is the director of a youth in aviation program in East Orange, NJ that provides exposure, access and mentorship in the aerospace industry to local teens.

Michael graduated from Daniel Webster College with a BS in Aviation Management and Rutgers School of Business with a MBA.

Tom Merli

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Tom is currently Manager of Parking and Transportation at American Dream Entertainment and Retail Center. American Dream is a one of a kind $5 billion-dollar project with 3 million square feet of entertainment and retail located across from MetLife Stadium in E. Rutherford NJ. 

Prior to joining American Dream Tom spent 12 years working in aviation landside management, mostly with the Port Authority of NY & NJ. Tom served as Asst. Landside Manager during the combined $8 billion-dollar Terminal B and Delta Terminal Redevelopment Project. He played a major role in developing landside traffic management plans and mitigations at LGA helping move over 100k customers daily traverse temporary roadways at LGA to reach their destination. 

A couple significant accomplishments from his time at LGA include implementing the first of its kind Remote For-Hire-Vehicle Pickup Area operations serving over 6k customers daily and redesigning the Terminal B taxi operation due to loss of terminal frontage capacity during construction. dispatch and loading area. 

Tom is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Certified Parking Professional (CPP) from the National Parking Association.
